[3] 李颉, 张永庭. 地理科学专业英语. 银川: 宁夏大学出版社, 2011
尤其是前两本，相对比较常见。
第一本和其他两本的编排风格差异较大，第一本主要是面向外国学生参加“高考”使用的参考书，图文并茂，内容符合英国的教学内容，正因为语言地道，所以有助于扩充单词量（生词多）、有助于阅读复杂的句式（句式常不符合汉语思维）。第二和第三本，则主要是外文科普级别的材料选摘，内容简单，篇幅不长，生词相对有限（特别是第三本生词非常少）。
由于上述三本教材都明显缺乏英语论文阅读指导（例如论文结构、摘要写法）、英语使用实践（例如幻灯片制作、口头报告）、翻译技巧等方面的内容，因此实际教学中可能会额外加入相关内容，加入的课时比例根据教师安排。
