Subject: Summary of papers for comments
Sir,
    As announced through its newsletter of April 2006 (Vol 3, No.1), the Indian Society of Engineering Geology is holding the Brainstorming Session and launching its official Website on 22 December 2006 at VKS Varadan Auditorium, Geological Survey of India, Aliganj, Lucknow. Please note that there has been a change in the date of the event from that announced in the newsletter that has duly been informed through email.
    In connection with the event, attached please find the following.
    1. The programme of the event.
    2. The Executive Summary of the papers for the brainstorming for your
comments and observations that would help us decide topics for discussions.
Your responses would be considered for publication, along with the papers,
in the Journal of Engineering Geology, that is due to be released at the
time of the event. The last date for your responses is 30 Nov 2006.

     For greater circulation, please forward the Executive Summary of the
papers liberally to others working in the disciplines of civil engineering,
engineering geology and geohazards.
